Best Western Grant Park Hotel, Chicago

During my stay, I appreciated that the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had a lovely view of the lake and downtown, which made waking up an enjoyable experience. Even though the rooms were a bit older, I found it to be very cozy. I also loved that we could see beautiful sunrises over the lake. It was a great setting for a nice vacation.

I enjoyed a good breakfast on-site with prompt and polite service. Our server, Kevin, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious, and it set a positive tone for our day of exploring. I would highly recommend dining at the hotel for a hassle-free and enjoyable meal.

One of the highlights of my stay was watching fireworks over Navy Pier from our room! It was such a special treat for my family and me. The view of the iconic Willis Tower added to the charm and excitement of our trip. This hotel really knows how to offer stunning visual experiences, making it an lovely stay.

The bathroom in my room was spacious enough and well-maintained. Although I noticed some quirks with the shower, it was still very functional. I appreciated the abundance of towels provided during my five-day stay, which made things much more convenient. It was clear that cleanliness was a priority at this hotel.
